About the CD:
My second ever house CD! I bought this one for my Christmas box through the Metro Centre in Newcastle if I remember correctly and it was the real catalyst for getting me into clubland and house music. Featuring artists that defied genres and  the underground/overground such as Leftfield, Living Joy, Wildchild and Inner City... this was music all of the UK was dancing too not just to cool kids. A pretty amazing time to be a young kid getting into music heavily... my biggest regret... not buying turntables!

About the cd:
So this release came out at the peak of my clubbing days and coincided with 'that visit to Gatecrasher' on the summer bank holiday of 2008. Which came about due to the rest of the gang all heading down to the first ever Creamfields (Or maybe it was Homelands by then). From what I can remember, the club was a huge, 2 roomed rave temple with followers of it's religion going mental each and every weekend. One of the lads freaked out at the amount of 'colourful' clubbers in his vicinity and went and sat in the car alone all night! (Actual LOL here).

But about the CD, considering this is the 'Early set' you can get an idea of how banging this club was. And of course went onto become the new super club of the north and throwing parties around the world with countless other CD releases. If you've got any other Gatecrasher related banter... post it below. Turn it up, and enjoy the mix!
