Nach einer längeren Abstinenz wurden im April diesen Jahres die Hallen der Kulturfabrik Löseke endlich wieder durch die Klänge und Deko der Konception-Crew unter dem Motto "Polarität im Programm" gefüllt. Verteilt auf zwei Floors, dem Gehölz (Buffo) und der Cybercity (Halle), sollte der Kontrast zwischen futuristischer Distopie und der Natur musikalisch und visuell dargestellt werden. 

Mein KataHaifisch-Kompagnon Paleo und ich eröffneten das langersehnte Buffo-Comback an diesem Abend mit einem Mix aus Midtempo, Indie und Leidenschaft. Viel Spaß mit unserem Live-Mitschnitt!

'Chela' — the Mexican expression signifying a lager beer. It's a word that resonates deeply with our artist, Mazayr, whose heart beats to the rhythm of a Mexican Lager.

Mazayr, hailing from the UK, is a master at blending emotions with music. His tunes seamlessly interweave uplifting and melancholic melodies, all anchored by punchy, solid grooves. As a DJ, Mazayr has graced numerous stages across Manchester, including the renowned Pangaea Festival and the iconic Sankeys nightclub. In 2019, he embarked on a new journey, hosting events and launching a mix series under the Right Frequency banner.

This series fuses Amapiano swing, Durban Gqom weight, and relentless techno pressure — layered with whistles, tribal shakers, and whooshing bass that breathes like an air hangar moving air. Minimal melodies rise and dissolve into haze, while percussion locks bodies into trance.

These aren’t just tracks — they’re rituals. Industrial rhythm fused with ancestral memory. A soundscape made for late-night festivals, underground basements, and movement without end.
