Daksinamurti Till, one of the creators behind Android Spirit with Josef Summs (Tickets/Brethren) is joining us on the Interview Series highlighting their project and debut album on Timecode Records and giving us a taste of psytranceful essence.

Daksinamurti is a cultural anthropologist-ethnologist and international psytrance artist from Marburg, Germany. Besides being a DJ he is managing the South Afrika based label TIMECODE and SANGOMA Records with Gata Freak from Doha. With more then a decade of experience as a musician he looks back to a colorful history – so far has represented labels like the legendary Shiva Space Technology, Nexus Media and is currently playing for Peak records. His live act “Android Spirit” together with Tickets/Brethren launched in 2013 and after a couple of compilation appearances they are currently working on their album to be released on Timecode Records. Till has built a solid reputation within the international psyscene and shared his music and good vibes at various parties and festivals such as: Boom (Portugal), Universo Paralello (Brazil), S.U.N Festival, Alien Safari (South Africa), Gemini (USA), VuuV, Antaris, Fusion, Fullmoon Festival, Psycrowdelica (Germany), among others. Daksinamurti sees himself as an independent DJ who preferes to play sets that create a story which lead from night to light and therefore likes to play extended sets. Daksi’s formula is a colorful journey through powerful psychedelic trance with strong grooves, organic/tribal soundscapes, filled with surprises, and sometimes even a blend of “Goatrance” for right moments. Covering a wide range of music he is able to perform at any time of an event. His love for diversity is also reflected in multiple compilation releases he worked on or helped with. Inspired by a zen vision of people dancing free without inhibitions, Amitabh Triptone started developing a keen ear to some extremely experimental psychedelic sounds. He is now a part of ‘Digital Om Production’, one of the most successful labels in the genre of Psychedelic Trance. Triptone is gradually experimenting with mixing various genres of music into his preferred playing style to create rhythms & sounds that are more authentically his.

Zeamoon is the solo project of Simon Neumann, a talented and trained audio
engineer, musician and producer from Germany. Already well known for his
psychedelic chillout project ‘Seamoon’ and for his prog-psytrance-duo ‘Sonic
Tickle’ (with Janosch Wolf), Simon already offers a lot of experience in shaping
frequencies for your personal pleasure and dancefloor adventure. With a
background as a drummer he played a few years in a classical jazz-trio and
started very early to produce hiphop beats, dub and triphop and gained a lot of different experience and influence. After school he decided to move a step
forward and successfully studied audio engeneering at university. With his
Zeamoon project, Simon is concentrating on progressive psycedelic trance tunes
with a perfect balance of twisted psychedelic sawtooth rippin’ sounds and groove & dancefloor oriented rythms. Highest quality production with huge basslines and forward moving energy defines his unique style.
