In the middle of an organic chemistry test-time & just prior to test days, I'd injured my back (torn muscles) overdoing the leg press machine. At the time, I recall I was seeking chiropractic help and in a post adjustment neckbrace I was told to rest in & wear for 2-3 days while spinal muscle related toxins were supposedly excreting as a result of treatment. 

I remember most of the song 🎵 coming to me during that time as I was resting in a college dorm/apt, and worried about the impact this injury would have on the outcome of my ochem exam results, etc.  I came across the scriptural context of this song and the words/music were very comforting and hopeful ☺️
