Tash's Movement Recordings rounds out the month of March by welcoming Reboq to the label for his debut EP. Based in the north east of Italy, Enrico Trevis aka Reboq has been involved in house and techno for over a decade. 2009 marked his production debut where he operated under a variety of monikers, earning support from world class DJs such as Roger Sanchez, until 2019 saw the birth of Reboq. With a focus on melodic house and techno, Enrico has compiled an impressive catalog under the Reboq guise, landing releases via ICONYC, Polyptych and Steyoyoke. Now adding Movement Recordings to his resume, Reboq debuts on the label with 'Tales From Mars', alongside a remix from Not Demure.

Destined to be a highlight in Reboq's discography, it is the electric stylings of the title selection which get the release underway. Rhythmically charged from the outset, its pulsating cadence, striking sweeps and devilish effects set the piece on a course for aural enlightenment. Placid pads and waves of percussion rise as the first act evolves, carrying momentum and mood into the main break. Astral arps rise across the centrepiece, eventually melting down to a flurry of drums for a tasteful crescendo and symphonic finale.

Returning to the label and providing the lone interpretation of 'Tales From Mars' is Not Demure. Born in Argentina and now based in Spain, Not Demure first emerged in 2017 with releases courtesy of Hitclub and TOTUM Music. Gaining momentum and fans quickly, the Mar del Plata native went on to showcase his music via LAIKA Sounds, Magician On Duty and Univack. Not Demure's Movement Recordings debut came in 2020 with a contribution to the label's 'ProgNoesis' Vol. 1 collection, a release which eventually led to EP's for both Movement Recordings and Movement Limited. Now returning for his first remix, the Balearic Islands resident dials in a powerful remix of 'Tales From Mars'. Adding more of a progressive state of mind, Not Demure carves out a dynamic groove adorned with firing percussive, striking chord stabs and fresh rhythmic themes. Hypnotic arps emerge as the first movement takes shape, adding a meditative quality to its dance floor inspired framework. Coming to full fruition during the main break, a gentle sonic sizzle brings moments of calm, before symphonic synths triumphantly rise towards an exhilarating final act.

Impressum Recordings welcomes back prolific Swiss producer, Several Definitions, with his second release on Fideles highly regarded imprint, with his new single 'Spring Loaded' which features the powerful vocals of Ed Begley and is completed with a remix from INVÖKER.

Since the inception of his 'Several Definitions' moniker back in 2014 Jeremy Dietrich has gone from strength to strength after numerous heavyweight releases on industry powerhouse labels such as Diynamic, Stil Vor Talent, Knee Deep In Sound and Suara. He's amassed millions of streams across the various platforms and his music, which is a blend of warm atmospheres, captivating melodies and dynamic beats, has garnered support from a blend of highly regarded newcomers like BOg and Artche through to electronic music luminaries like Solomun, Innellea, Pete Tong and Sasha.

For his second release on Impressum, he releases Spring Loaded, with its haunting melodies and atmospherics intertwining delicately, then being laced with delightfully delivered indie vocals from Ed Begley, creating a striking and emotive ethereal melodic house track, which Impressum is now well known and one that has been a huge track in Fideles's sets recently.

On the flip side is the INVÖKER remix. INVÖKER has released on highly regarded labels such as Innervisions, Siamese, and Tau in the last 2 years. His releases have been supported by the likes of Adriatique, Jennifer Cardini, Adana Twins, Frankey and Sandrino, and many others, who've been attracted to his intricate blend of melodic, atmospheric house and Indie dance in his productions. For his remix of Spring Loaded, he adds more of an indie dance flavour to the track which stems from the guitars both in the bassline and those that are delicate yet sear through the track. This is a deep and hypnotic track, with the vocals giving an intensely personal feeling of inner peace and harmony, which will be a mainstay in many sets this year.

About a year on since their last incursion on the label, acclaimed German duo Township Rebellion resurface on Stil vor Talent with a fresh new three-tracker, right on cue for the busy festival season ahead. Titled "Doppler" after the EP's eponymous lead-track, this new effort also comprises two previously released cuts remastered to further compelling effect, bound to make quite the impact on the dance floor with their all new, fully revitalized sound design. As per each occurrence, Township Rebellion show themselves eager to take over the clubs' sound systems with optimum style and firepower, and "Doppler" sure attests to their inimitably floor-efficient approach. Growing Young' is the latest step on the mesmerising journey that is HOKI. The Montreal duo presents the track as the first single from their upcoming album 'None Of Us Will Ever Be The Same". Rising star Khåen takes on remix duty. The Norwegian producer has cemented a stellar reputation to date with releases on the likes of This Never Happened, Colorize and Poesie Musik. Khåen puts a dance-floor twist to the original, combining a powerful groove and dynamic synth work in this signature re-interpretation.

HOKI - Growing Young (Khåen Remix)

Univack's label boss, Integral Bread @integralbread , returns to the label this time in colaboration with the misterious artist Orijen @orijenmusic , and the experienced dj and producer Lorena Moreno @lorena-moreno , making the single 'Lunar Eclipse', a Progressive House / Techno piece that shows the peculiar style of these artists, music with a lot of melodic and percussive elements, that make a sci-fy journey that can be danced in equal parts between body and mind.

The release is completed with a stunning remix by the well-known german producer Rauschhaus @rauschhaus , who manages to create a diferent version with several elements from the original track selected and processed perfectly, showing a less dark and a bit more emothional face than he usually uses.

PREMIERE : Agatha Pher - My Only Way (Jonas Saalbach Remix) [Petit Matin]

'Infinite Depth welcomes another Dutch talent, who goes by the name of Stoac. His 'Naked Eyes' EP includes four tensive originals, which are pretty diverse, but with a strong characteristic use of percussion, atmospheric elements and synths. For sure he is bringing something new to the table.

The opener of the EP is titled 'Within' and immediately shows the tension Stoac manages to build throughout his tracks. A repeating one-shot synth goes on for almost the full arrangement and only gets interrupted once. Together with the tribal elements, it brings you into hypnosis, in which all the different background sounds coming to the front.

The title track 'Naked Eyes' is one of those tracks which is building towards one burst of energy. An impressive main synth is coming through more and more throughout the first part of the track, guided by a rising detuned pad. In the break the build-up towards this burst becomes very intense when a bassline crawls up to that one moment. 

After the energy of the previous track, it's time for a key track on this EP and it's named 'Reaching'. The beginning is somewhat dry, but at the first drop everything turns around, from where the journey starts. This journey shows you a very emotive side of synthwork in which a pluck and piano are communicating together. At some points they are reaching each other and sometimes they are reaching a high state of emotiveness their selves. 

The final one of the EP is called 'Terrestrial'. Stoac's characteristic use of percussion is perfectly present in this track. A lot different panned sharp percs, hats and snares are all over the place, but its forming a great groove together with the short and growling bassline. On top of this groove a heavy detuned synth is making this track mysterious and interesting at the same time.'
