I want to tell you about my friend
someone who likes watching.
He spent countless hours watching.
Till one day he realized
that all he was interested in was the moon.

If I am not mistaken, 
 we ended up choosing existence 
deciding to let essence aside.  
We also went past a man  
and we saw a snake hanging from his mouth. 
A big, black snake.  
Someone told him to bite it, twice.  
Bite it, twice.  
That’s pity for the dog.  
We also had “difference” 
but we could not use it  
and it became just another category. 
 It would be nice if it had remained “nothing”. 
That man is sitting.  
We did not let him live,
we didn’t kill him either.

 I carved its voice on something more durable than memories.  
Poor thing.

I would swear it was a man
