Jori Hulkkonen - Tähtien Suojaan, Toistensa Maa (Zeitmaler Remix) [FREE]

Hinter dem BergWacht-Duo FnT stecken Dennis, 1989 in Köln geboren und im Oberbergischen Lindlar aufgewachsen, und Jens, der 1985 in Zell an der Mosel das Licht der Welt erblickte und ebenfalls im Oberbergischen aufwuchs. Beide zog es 2012 in die Domstadt und in eine gemeinsame WG.

Die beiden haben nicht nur einen Podcast für uns zusammengestellt, sondern auch Rede und Antwort gestanden.

1. Welche Musikrichtung hatte den größten Einfluss auf euch und was verbindet ihr mit Musik?
Alles an Musik mit ihren unterschiedlichen Richtungen hatte auf seine Art und Weise Einfluss. Um ein paar Künstler zu nennen: Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Sven Väth, Boogie Pimps, Anthony Rother, Justin Berkovi, Liho, Adam Beyer. Mit Musik verbinden wir Gefühle, Emotionen, Erinnerungen. Musik ist immer da, egal ob man gut oder schlecht drauf ist. Sie bietet dir jegliche Option und funktioniert auch mal als Ventil .

2. Wie hat euch die elektronische Musik gepackt?
Dennis: Bevor ich volljährig war, haben mich Clubs schon immer angezogen, somit waren die ersten Clubbesuche mit Freunden nur eine Frage der Zeit und somit auch die ersten Begegnungen mit elektronischer Musik: z.B in der Papierfabrik oder dem Odonien, auch im Airport in Würzburg war ich häufig.

Jens: Durch meinen Bruder Sven, BergWacht-Resident und Teil des Duos Tool8, und meinen Freund Liho, bei dem ich seit der ersten Minute seiner Karriere als DJ und Veranstalter der BergWacht dabei war. Clubbesuche mit allem drum und dran lagen dann natürlich nah.    

3. Wie seid ihr vom „Raverdasein“ zum Auflegen gekommen?
Jens wollte eigentlich nie Auflegen, sondern lieber Tanzen. Dennis hat sich immer schon auch für das Technische und das Handwerk dahinter interessiert. 2012 haben wir dann gemeinsam die ersten Versuche gewagt und uns, wie in vielen Dingen, super ergänzt. 

4. Wie würdet ihr euren Sound beschreiben? 
Frech-verspielter und melodisch-treibender Techno, der auf dem Dancefloor einfach Spaß macht und straight und dynamisch ist!

5. Was war euer bisheriges musikalisches Highlight? 
Fettester Gig: Parquet Label Night im Artheater.
Party-Highlight: DEFINITIV!!!: Der 50. Geburtstag  von Sven Väth.

6. Wie geht es euch mit dieser „clubfreien“ Zeit?
Wat muss dat muss. Es könnte uns persönlich schlimmer gehen. Wir vermissen natürlich die Nächte im Club, egal ob vor oder hinter dem Pult wie Sau, aber da müssen wir nun durch, zum Wohle der Allgemeinheit. Bleibt als bitte alle gesund und geduldig!
