Luciano Elvira is a Uruguayan Dj / producer melodic reference in his country, recognized for his connection and eclecticism when developing his productions. He shared the booth with more than 25 references on the international scene in different gigs, names like Patrice Baumel, Monika Kruse, Bart Skils, Stefano Noferini, D-Nox, Miss Monique, Mariano Mellino, M.A.N.D. and etc.
As a music producer he is part of, Sprout (Germany), Monza Ibiza Records (Spain), Omnia (Arg) etc, getting the support of artists such as Solomun, D-Nox, Eric Lune, Hraach, Pambouk, Mariano Mellino, Melody Stranger, Cream, Nick Varon among other artists who play their music around the world. Among other projects, he is the founder and resident of Soulmate, one of the most important electronic music communities in Uruguay.

An artist making a welcome return to Proton Music, Eric Lune now debuts in solo guise with his "Airbag" EP. Remixes come from UK and US artists.

First appearing on Proton Music alongside Golan Zocher, the "North to South" EP marked an impressive debut for Eric Lune, accompanied by remixes from Kobana and Michael A. Already finding himself featured on the likes of Plattenbank, Juicebox Music and Sound Avenue, the Australian artist reveals a masterclass of production prowess with the immaculately crafted "Airbag". Characterised by pounding beat and sumptuous synth lines, shimmering arpeggiated sequences combine with a glissando bassline that adds a classy touch to proceedings. Building in effervescent fashion, vocal fragments swirl in circular patterns that come to the fore at the breakdown before powerful synth stabs hit the front in the second half to create a vibrant and dynamic affair.

Another returning artist sees Nick Muir needing no introduction. A global icon known for his spellbinding DJ performances as well as his work as part of the Bedrock act with John Digweed, Muir became a regular on the label of the same name. Furthermore, the UK star has over a double century of credits for the imprint while also appearing on the likes of Traum, Replug and Perspectives Digital. Returning to Proton after standout reworkings of Rick Pier O'Neil and Sebastian Sellares, the Nick Muir remix takes "Airbag" on a powerful, multi-faceted voyage that oozes class. Using a hefty kick and metronomic bassline foundation, expert use of components from Lune's original flow through the 9-minute interpretation with ease and ingenuity. Simultaneously, a swathe of new production material from the Nick Muir arsenal sees the track build in intensity with a rise and fall that comes with decades of industry know-how. An explosive dénouement in the final movement thus creates a club-friendly, hands-in-the-air' moment that is certain to fill clubs the world over.

After successful solo outings and extensive DJ performances, Mariner + Domingo have been regulars on Particles since a March 2021 debut remixing Izzet. Going on to release the "Azimuth" debut EP later that month with remixes from Juan Deminicis and Rafa'EL, a second EP in the shape of "Lose Control feat. Priest Music Productions" was another notable highlight in May. Now making their Proton Music debut the Mariner + Domingo remix is a commanding reinterpretation that revels in a dynamic percussive backdrop where emotive new melodies create a dramatic and melancholic air. Atop heavy beat, glorious new melodies gently filter into sonic range evolving in immaculate fashion as the track develops. Paying tribute to Eric Lune's original with reference to the vocal cuts and glissando bassline, the Mariner + Domingo remixer is a mastery of understated underground progressive house.

Creating a sonic explosion with his "Airbag", Eric Lune finds Nick Muir and Mariner + Domingo the perfect driving companions on his solo debut journey.

Celebrating their 300th release, Stripped Recordings welcomes Erdi Irmak and Shane Blackshaw back to the label with ‘Britannia’. With a career that now spans over a decade, Turkish artist Erdi Irmak initially found success with his progressive minded creations. UK imprint Stripped Recordings was one of the first label’s to showcase Erdi’s groovy, cross-cultural sound, where he first appeared all the way back in 2012. The emergence of organic house in 2018 proved to be an impactful time in Erdi’s evolution as a producer, inspiring him to champion the sound in his own creations, and eventually landing releases via Nick Warren’s The Soundgarden, Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music, Hoomidaas and Tale & Tone. Along the way Stripped Recordings remained a constant and was very much a home base for Erdi, as he appeared on the label twenty times over the course of eight years. With Stripped Recordings now celebrating their 300th release, it seems only appropriate that Erdi returns to the label to commemorate the occasion with the much anticipated vocal edition of ‘Britannia’.

Electronic music fans got their first taste of ‘Britannia’ in June of 2018 with the release of the Dub Edition alongside the equally excellent ‘Conjure’. Now over three years on, the ‘Vocal Edition’ lands at an appropriate moment and rings in Stripped’s 300th release in fine style. Much like Erdi, Australian song writer Shane Blackshaw has also found a comfortable home on the long standing UK imprint, racking up nineteen discography in six years, while collaborating with world class producers Quivver, Kastis Torrau & Arnas D and more in the process. On ‘Britannia’ Erdi and Shane unite for a sleek, emotive slice of progressive house. The marriage of Erdi’s smooth and modern framework, along with Shane’s haunting yet impassioned vocals are a match made in harmonic heaven. His distinctive chops elicit such a broad range of emotions, while Erdi’s free flowing narrative provides the perfect backdrop to translate that message to the dance floor. No doubt one you’re going to be hearing a lot in the coming months and a perfect track to put a stamp on Stripped’s 300th offering. For an independent imprint to not only survive but flourish across 300 discography credits is something that should be applauded. It’s a mark of the global respect Stripped Recordings has achieved, and in an industry flooded with new labels on a near daily basis, they’ve done it by nurturing new artists just like Erdi was ten years ago, into some of the underground’s most sought after names at present. Highly recommended.

Please welcome a new talent on Zenebona. Alessio Serra delivers beautiful organic house tracks from his studio. This two tracker is a great example of his artistic value. Epic sounds & high quality organic atmospheres.Both tracks are running on a similar nice groove with funky bass line. 

The title track 'Talk In Space' takes us in a peaceful and happy mood. The piano and the other instruments lead the track, the break is like a deep meditation with an amazing vocal what is harmonizing with the sounds of nature. 

You can find the same quality in the second track on the release "The Sighed Voice', this one has similar elements, but different instruments. The big break like a deep inhale in the forest, you can hear some birds singing in the background. Easy to be lost in this track. The drop put you back to the ground and you can continue your journey with the soft melodies.

'Montreal-based producer Tyler W makes his debut as an artist with a fantastic first release on Hicky & Kalo's label Plaisirs Sonores Records. His track 'Scorpion Rising' is a melancholic piece filled with beautiful melodies.

On remix duties, Erdi Irmak changes the tone of the track to create a gentle and pleasing organic house ballad. The handsome flute and enchanting bird sounds form an appeasing symbiosis.

Last but not least, Paul Kardos twists the original track into a progressive house weapon that will hypnotize the dancer with driving drums and emotive synth.
