Once again we had the pleasure to experience one of our favorite DJ's on the playa, Mira "the queen of Berlin".

Her unique ability to set the perfect vibe, hypnotizing music addicts of all horizons, have made of Mira an artist unanimously acclaimed and loved unconditionally by an ever growing base of admirers around the world.

Unser Inselepos befindet sich schon seit einiger Zeit auf der Zielgeraden. Es wird Zeit dem Abenteuer rund um das verwunschene Eiland und seinen Bewohnern ein würdiges Ende zu geben und wer könnte dafür besser geeignet sein, als der Chefmystiker von Katermukke himself Mister Dirty Doering. Mit einem Donnerschlag wird er der Dramaturgie nochmals einen Aufschwung verleihen und so auch dem letzten Kapitel unserer Episoden-Geschichte seine Geheimnisse entlocken. Schnallt euch an und lehnt euch zurück für Unterhaltung der Sonderklasse, die euch schweißgebadet und gedankenversunken zurücklassen wird.

Ein großer Dank geht an dieser Stelle an den wunderbaren Autor dieser Erzählung, welche uns über einen langen Zeitraum verzaubert hat, Simon Rucker!

Ich bin Nummer 3.121 und auf dem Weg zu meinem Einsatzort. Jahrelange kompromisslose Ausbildung und weitere Jahre hochriskanter und streng geheimer Einsätze auf dem ganzen Planeten haben mich kalt und funktional werden lassen. Ich abstrahiere, analysiere, kalkuliere, passe meine Handlungen an, um effizient zu sein. Ich bin effizient. Alle meine Feuerbrüder und -schwestern aus Einheit 3 sind effizient. Effizient zu sein ist unsere herausragende Eigenschaft. Ich bin Nummer 3.121 und dieser Einsatz ist anders als alle zuvor. Das konnte mich meine Konditionierung bereits nach den ersten einweisenden Worten von Einheit 3.100 spüren lassen. Dieser Einsatz ist höchstwahrscheinlich anders als alles, was unsere Art bislang unternommen hat. Ich bin Nummer 3.121 und neben mir sitzen im Rumpf des Trägers die anderen hundert Nummern meiner Einheit. Bestimmungsort: eine kleine unbewohnte Insel im tropischen Atlantik. Mission: bisher nicht vollständig bekannt. Aber ich weiß mehr. Meine Konditionierung setzte die Puzzleteile eins nach dem andern zusammen. Juni 2018. Eine sachliche Meldung in der Tageszeitung. Nach 51 Wochen fanden die Suchmannschaften einer größeren Airline die Überreste eines vermissten Passagierflugzeugs. Die Absturzstelle sollte angeblich in der Nähe einer kleinen unbewohnten Insel im tropischen Atlantik liegen. Meine Konditionierung müsste nicht so ausgeprägt sein, wie sie ist, um eins und eins zusammen zu zählen. Einige Tage darauf. Die gleiche Tageszeitung. Ein weniger sachlicher Hintergrundbericht. Eine US-amerikanische Yacht hatte angeblich in einer Bucht der Insel vor Anker gelegen. Teile des Flugzeugwracks waren auf den Strand gezogen worden. Die Suchenden hatten wohl Überbleibsel einer einfachen Behausung am Waldrand über dem Strand gefunden. Außerdem mehrere Feuerstellen. Noch ein paar Tage später. Ein reißerisches Boulevardblättchen. Meine Konditionierung filtert, bewertet, sortiert die Fakten. Ich erkenne mehr als die meisten andern. Ich erkenne vieles. Die Rede war von einem Notizbuch. Von zwei verschwundenen Touristen, die angeblich die Yacht geliehen hätten. Mitarbeiter der Suchmannschaften wurden nach ihrer Rückkehr auf den amerikanischen Kontinent über mehrere Seiten hinweg interviewt. Befragt und fotografiert vor der hineingeschnittenen Kulisse einer mit wildem Dschungel bewachsenen Insel. Von seltsamen Geräuschen und Lichtern wurde berichtet, die kurz vor der Abfahrt registriert worden seien. Von einem unguten Gefühl wurde erzählt, das die letzten Stunden auf der Insel überschattet hätte...

If you visit @fruiterama 's bio on his page you will see 'Slowly. Deeply. Smooth.'  This pretty much sums up his skills.  I was absolutely over the moon when chatting one day we came up with the idea to make a collab set.  Now this may possibly seem an every day occurance type thing, but for me, 'Fruiterama', seriously.. wants to share a set with me ?!  This is just amazing as the guy is one of my absolute idols.  I didn't want to waste the opportunity so wanted to do my best !  I hope I got somewhere near his standard with my efforts !

From Fruiterama…    This was very different from every podcast I did so far and a completely new challenge for me as an artist. Mostly because it was not just about the story that I wanted to tell, this was a duet and so I also wanted to leave space for John. I think the hardest part was to imagine what his parts would sound like and how they would fit with mine. And it might have been even easier for me than it was for him because I could record my part in one run. But I still had a lot of fun creating this very special mix and I put in as much heart and passion as I would have if I had done it on my own.
