Shere Khan is a Melbourne-based producer and DJ with a musical style that is explorative, diverse, and unapologetically attention grabbing, spanning a broad gamut of sound palettes. His selection behind the decks delivers a relentless stream of sonic gut-kicks, bone-rattling subs, and resonating frequencies that make your nose tingle. 

Having previously performed and released music under the moniker, Guides, as well as forming one half of the duo, Lunakyn, Shere Khan harbours a sound that constantly pushes the envelope. His live sets combine the raw grit of his home-built modular synthesiser with euphoric pads, aerobic rhythms, and gooey acid lines. 

As co-founder of Extract the Motion, Guidone skilfully curated the dancefloor for the nascent party brand and provided a platform for other underground DJs to wreak havoc on the decks. As co-founder of Dialectic Recordings, his vision nurtures growth and renewal in Sydney’s underground music scene."

A fellow fan of the vinyl format, Doug presents a killer techno mix that is relentless from start to finish, displaying an end product that shows, in exemplary fashion, his dedication to the craft of vinyl mixing.  

Doug is best known as one of the main guys behind the RLSD techno label and is a highly respected music production (and DJ) teacher in the Bray Institute Of Further Education, alongside Sunil Sharpe.

Doug has released on other respected labels such as Orbis, GND, Gynoid, EFR, Bastardo Electrico, N&N Records, Research & Orgone, alongside RLSD Records.

I have been a huge fan of Doug's productions for many years and we spoke many years ago about getting a record out on WMR, so it is great to have accomplished what we set out to do.

The EP kicks off appropriately with 'The Beginning', a fast-paced musical journey through the producer's mind, with the TB 303 as one of the main characters in the story.

This debut release is a collaboration between two renowned Dutch labels, SHIPWREC and ZODIAK COMMUNE RECORDS,  both with decades of rich history.

This collaboration fused experimental electronics driven by Roland's TB 303's with IDM, electro, and jungle influences, aiming to provide thought-provoking music for both the dance floor and relaxed listening amid today's oversaturated dance music scene.

'Enter the Ghost Ship ep', is the work of G303, a Zodiak Commune Records resident producer, stepping out of his hard acid comfort zone to explore a more emotional, dystopian, and sophisticated sound.
