a re-recording of my live set from Le Bain in NYC on January 17th, 2018 with Eli Escobar and Getlive!

i loved my set but of course didn't record it (duh), so i went back and re-recorded it exactly in the order i played it at the club - keeping the little mistakes and everything so it still has that "live" spirit ;) 

hope it's as much fun to listen to as it was to play it out <3

the Timetable Records posse here in LA asked me if i could run a 90-ish minute house music set at their @unlockthehousela monthly party at Los Globos.

This is the recording of my performance; hands down one of my favorite DJ sets of the year. I hope you like it.

via @kitgrill: "I was already a big fan of Vini Reilly but this gave me a chance to dig much deeper into the Durutti Column catalogue. It was tough choosing the tracks as he’s so prolific but the mix aims to give an overview of different styles, moods and compositions across various albums. On a side note, personally the first album ‘The Return Of The Durutti Column’ still has one of the best covers in music using sandpaper for the record sleeve (that apparently Ian Curtis stuck on)."
