She Wants Me Gone

Written for my concept album. He realizes his wife is cheating, but she thinks it is still a secret. He stays late at work to avoid his wife continually lying to him. He chooses to block it all out and try to find a slight amount of happiness, even though her lies bring him down.

Lies

Written for my concept album. This song reviles that the main character has a lot on his mind but doesn't want to have any attention from others because of it. He spends his time working because he is down and out about about being sick and being cheated on. But consequently, his was of dealing with it, working, lets his wife have more time to cheat.

He Knows

A song I wrote for my concept album. He tells us that no one cares about his troubles. The few that have known, abandon him. His wife, tired of hiding the lies and dealing with the coming fate to the main character, decides to kick him out of their home. She finds comfort in her new man, and the main character will be alone on the streets.

Snowdays cause writing and recording. This is an original song that I quickly wrote and recorded. It doesn't fit in with my rock opera "Back For More", so I guess it's a single.

Someone I Once Knew

Another track I wrote for my concept album. In this song, the main character expresses his need for someone to talk to. A friend. He feels he needs to explain his situation before it is too late and he passes. He goes through a slight mental breakdown before seeing a man and pleads for his help. 

Could Use A Friend

Another Track I wrote for my concept album. After pleading to the man for help, they begin to talk. The man gives advice saying that the character needs to keep his head up, and remember the words he never said, that he once loved his wife, but it was SHE who is responsible for the events. He tells the character that he can not provide an answer or wisdom. The character must do this on his own by "opening up his shell" to himself, love, others and nature. Then the narration goes the the main character who tells the man the she found another love because she couldn't handle grieving over the fait he is to face. Then he thanks him for lending an ear, but begs for words of healing, even thought there are none that can help. 
Then, the listener is told that the main character is the man, who represents the wisdom in us all. He was opening his shell to himself for enlightenment, but only for a moment.

Young Man

This is the first song that I wrote through and through back in 2012. I usually say Gypsy Lady was my first, because I released it on youtube and it helped me get comfortable with writing, but you could say this is the prequel. This is the beginning of my musical journey.

Seventeen

This song is an instrumental that is meant to have four parts with transitions to represent the four seasons of a year and the phases of life that go with the cycle. Starting with the new beginnings of spring all the way to the death that comes with winter, before ending with spring once more. Life is a cycle that rises and falls just as the wind does, but never ends. Or at least I hope not.
