The duo's origins are from Reverse-bass Hardstyle, Electro-house, and Trance. Evolving over time - ZV incorporates the best from each genre. Their sound is primarily aspiration from established DJs like Yultron, Nitti Gritti, Virtual Self, TNT, Showtek, Valentino Khan, and Bryan Kearny. 
Zero Velocity mercilessly drops heavy, punchy kicks, gritty bass, rhythmic top-end, rap and vocals or sometimes... just the raw feeling of deep techy beats, rolling-bass through the body, and snare-slap to the face. At 150BPM. For starters.
