This is no longer about local hip-hop, pushing the music or gaining exposure. Werd’s new release is a wild mix of emotion based on frustration with our current system of life on a global scale.

Written to a brief as part of a songwriting portfolio exercise.
I've been unsure about posting this as the recording of the vocals was rushed and they haven't really been fine tuned to the usual standard I like (or fine tuned at all).
Regardless, I'm unlikely to return to it at this stage and have come to enjoy the raw quality they impart.
