Just an exercise i did the other day. I wanted to see how quickly i could put together a more or less faithful version of Kraftwerk's The Model. This one took me about 2 hours, start to finish. Since i went for authenticity it was heavy on the Minimoog and Arp Odyssey, and i used my Vako Orchestron choir samples for the chorus, just like Ralf & the gang. Should have worked more on the drums, but the Cr78(via NI Maschine) seemed to get me pretty close. I didn't bother with vocals so feel free to sing along yourself. Not nearly enough people pick this song on Karaoke night :)

I think pretty much if 'the law' was planning on arresting me for an offense, they wouldn't call me first and leave a robot voice warning me ahead of time!

Voicemail - From Phone Scammer

like the title says, it is dumb with a capital D. I was working on a modified version of the Krell patch when i stumbled upon this silly thing, that sounds more like "Go-Kart Races on Neptune" so i had to record a few minutes of it and share. It's one oscillator [Roland 512] a Polyvoks filter, Makenoise Maths, Turing Machine, Spring reverb, Disting MK IV and assorted other doodads making a really goofy racket.

In October 1973, My cousin Diane set up a tape recorder and interviewed our grandmother. She told stories of her childhood in the Azores, and in america, where she arrived in 1912. She was already quite ill at this point, and would pass away a few weeks later on January 2, 1974. 

This is a particularly amazing story, i won't spoil it for you!
