About four years after his first release on Concrete Collage, "Can't Call You Back", Zeuge his back with us with a different mood.

Less brutal and spastic, his music has gained in structure and density, it's now much heavier and to the point, showing new influences and visions.

yibai must have clenched his teeth 
around a hundred thousand times in his sleep
while making these tracks 
between March 2022 and November 2023.
His rawest and darkest works yet, 
they represent taking it one day at a time –
seven different coping mechanisms 
with only a vague idea of what they are truly coping with.
They are often interrupted meditations on 
finding the peace to meditate
and serve as stations of trying to 
hit ‘Force Quit’ on old patterns 
while gradually entering breath focus territory.

This is the first full-length album by Budapest-based sound artist yibai, who is joining temporary nites following his 2023 debut EP ‘Rianás’ on EXILES. The project also serves as the first physical release for both the artist and the label.

John Wells, a revered figure in the Bristol rave scene, has long been hailed as a local hero, delivering electrifying sets blending Jungle, Acid, and Hardcore with an unparalleled energy. However, in his latest musical venture, he offers a fresh perspective on his journey. While maintaining his trademark robust production, John shifts his focus towards melancholic yet playful melodies, super-funky basslines, and peculiar alien sounds, steering away from the gabber kicks and amen breakbeats.

Having previously released two albums, "Talkin' Macheens" and "Antisocial," on the esteemed https://soundcloud.com/concrete-collage label, along with a string of self-released analogue braindance albums, John's arrival on our roster is met with nothing but excitement.

In this album, John retains the quintessential elements synonymous with his https://soundcloud.com/anorak sound – microscopic acid synths, meticulously crafted samples, and of course intense drumcraft. He intricately weaves these elements into a tightly structured musical framework.

To cap off the experience, the album features two remixes by Mozyk veterans Daed and Umio, adding even further dimensions to John's sonic narrative.
