Wenn gemeinsam Träume wahr werden... Was ein Festival, was eine Insel, was ne Crew, was ne Crowd und was ein morgen! Da ich mich erst vor 2 Jahren auf den Events der @mystic-tales-berlin in Downtempo verliebt habe, war es schon ultra schön zu hören, dass die Mystics uns vom BeYond Kollektiv dabei haben wollten um ihre schöne Insel in Polen in eine zauberhafte Parallelwelt zu verwandeln✨. Dass @thisisrakaethe und ich dann auch noch den Mainfloor für @hhaller einheizen durften war ein einziges Träumchen. Nur schön und unfassbar aufregend die eigenen Lieblingstracks und die ersten eigenen Produktionen auf so einer Anlage zu betanzen.  Und wieviele Lieblingsmenschen mit uns in der Hitze breit grinsend sich wild tanzend in der Musik verloren haben werde ich literally nie vergessen. Wir können die nächsten gemeinsamen Abenteuer kaum abwarten🚀

When dreams come true together... What a festival, what an island, what a crew, what a crowd and what a morning!  Since I fell in love with downtempo only 2 years ago at the Mystics events, it was super special to hear that the Mystics wanted us from the BeYond collective there to turn their beautiful island into a magical parallel world. That @thisisrakaethe  and I were booked to heat up the mainfloor for @hhaller was literally a dream come true. Just beautiful and incredibly exciting to dance to your own favorite tracks and your first own productions on such a sound system.  And I will literally never forget how many of our favorite people lost themselves in the music, smiling brightly and dancing wildly in the heat. We can hardly wait for the next adventures together.
Big big thank you to the @mystic-tales-berlin who made dreams come true for so many people in Poland. Only love to @beyondcollectiveberlin for the dreamlike family trip on this mystical island.

I'm extremely grateful for all the friends and producers who contributed to this magic, for the shared moments of jumping, for countless happy grinding bass faces, for dancing to my favourite Knarz on this insane sound system and for enjoying special moments of dancing to mind-blowing sets by @true.nature.frequencies @leonseyde @tonda.music. I've honestly never experienced such a vibe and energy on this very special floor as during our @beyondcollectiveberlin showcase which fills my heart. Taking over from @deep_aendi and handing over to @jpattersson was also super special for me. I cant wait for our next adventure.

In early April, we have an exciting release coming up that we're eagerly anticipating. Our friends @zhart & @seyde-music are dropping their debut EP titled "Dampflok."

After the two original tracks have been making rounds in various sets over the past months, the record is enriched with diverse remixes by @thea-schtu, @planetcaravanofficial , and @kerosino, along with a reinterpretation by @seyde-music himself.

The artwork was as always provided by Kilian Van de Water and we thank Haunted Water for the mastering. We're thrilled with the outcome and hope you enjoy listening to it.

Seyde, Zhart - Dampf (Original Mix)

Ground control wasn't briefed on our journey, but we give little care. Instead of the center, we are aimed straight at the edges, the beyond. Our liftoff can't have gone smoother, a continuous flow drifts us along, layers of pulsing engines push Earth away from us. Zhart is in full control, the only one who knows where our ship is headed. The first thing we noticed once the planet is a marble is the darkness and beauty. Thick and soft celestial rhythms force our weightless bodies to moving. Melodies begin shooting past leaving memories of light behind. Our ship has begun its cruise to the edge, to the edge of our comfort as the bassline plucks at your heartstrings, the edge of reality as our bodies go on autopilot to the rhythms that are one, seamless… eternal, to the edge of euphoria as melodies wormhole a path to heaven, the tears of joy following not far behind. Time no longer has a meaning while dancing into sound. Our ears are left driving to basslines, the songs mere galaxies melting together as zhart brings us farther and farther into the edges of it all, a mere beginning to the true understanding of the Beyond.

Es war kurz nach 10.
Die MainStage hatte gerade ihre letzten Töne von sich gegeben als sich eine kleine Menge an Leuten vor uns in der Jurte versammelte. Wir spielten schon seit etwas mehr als einer Stunde. 
Viertel nach 10 und wir stellen mit Erstaunen fest, dass niemand in dieser Jurte am reden war.
Die Augen waren geschlossen.
Barfüßig schwebten die Menschen über die Teppiche.
Kuschelnd lagen oder saßen sie im Raum verteilt.
Es war eine perfekte Landung.

Diese Nacht wird uns beiden noch sehr lange in schönster Erinnerung bleiben. 

Wir freuen uns die gefühlvollen Klänge der Entschleunigung, aus der Sonntagnacht, mit euch zu teilen und träumen uns und euch in die Jurte zurück.

🌪What book are you currently reading: 
(Zhart:) The choice - Dr. Edith Eger 
She tells her story of surviving Auschwitz and shares inspiring insights about resilience and the power of choice in our lives. She explores how we can be imprisoned within our own minds and shares tools to free yourself. Her path from being a victim to working as a psychotherapist is truly inspiring.

🌪How do you decide which songs to play during a performance? Is there a specific method or strategy you use?
(Rakäthe:) It of course depends on the time of the day and the occasion but I decide what resonates with me, I go for a specific feeling which can also change over time. I sometimes put the display of my laptop totally dark or close my eyes and skip through tracks without seeing any infos of a track. Shutting down my visual sense helps me to totally focus on what I’m hearing and feeling :)

🌪What hobby would you like to have or pursue? 
(Zhart:)I’d love to kitesurf. Cruising and jumping over waves by using the power of the wind seems super fun.

Um das große Finale der Festivalsaison gebührend zu feiern sind lauter Herzensmenschen auf der mystischen Insel zusammengekommen. Nach einer der schönsten & intensivsten Nächte meines Lebens bin ich Sonntag Mittag in den sonnigen Freaky Forest geschlendert. Und dann hab ich mich getraut einfach mal zu zocken was mich grade am meisten bewegt. Ohne darüber nachzudenken wie das wohl ankommt, egal was von mir erwartet wird, egal wie gut die Vibes zueinander passen, egal wieviele Tracks zum mitsingen nacheinander kommen. Und es war ein Riesen Spaß diese bunte Tüte mit euch zu genießen. Ich bin lange nichtmehr so befreit und voller Freude durch die Booth gehüpft. Ihr strahlenden Tanzmäuse wart ein Traum✨

To celebrate the big finale of the festival season in style, a whole bunch of people close to my heart came together on the mystical island. After one of the most beautiful & intense nights of my life, I strolled into the sunny Freaky Forest on Sunday lunchtime. And then I dared to just play what moved me the most at the moment. Without thinking about how it would be received, no matter what was expected of me, no matter how well the vibes matched, no matter how many tracks to sing along to. And it was great fun to enjoy this colorful mix with you. It's been a long time since I've bounced so freely and joyfully through the booth. You glowing dancing mice were a dream✨
I hope I never forget how you jumped through the freaky forest with your hands in the air, between the fog and kissed by the sun, singing along 💜

✔️ In your opinion, what makes a good afterhour?
Mo: Sunday is my favorite day! For me, the party doesn't really start until the afterhour. I've often thought about how it's possible to skip the first part of the party and start the afterhour straight away, but a good afterhour also needs a shared journey beforehand. And downtempo, of course! 😍
Justus: What moosen says! Long live the Sunday dance 🥰 a fascia roll, coffee & cake, dance massages and, above all, healing slow & light sounds.

✔️ What thoughts would you like to share with us about your mix?
Justus: Mo & I have added elements to a few tracks that move us even more and add our own flavor. Who can hear where we added something?

✔️ How did you feel about the gig?
Mo: Wow, I can only say THANK YOU! Philia's first party at Station Endlos with wonderful support from Afterhour Sounds and the Sumpfkrug Crew was great fun! Opening the doors from Orient to the outside that morning and letting the sunlight in was wonderful. It was a really special moment for me to fill this beautiful place with music and to do it together with Justus.
Justus: Leading the people out of the club into the day in the morning with rays of sunshine on the floor and in this place with so much attention to detail... and then together with Mo, that was just a really delicious match on so many levels 😋

Kolja & Bepo - Schwarm (Zhart & Tonda Remix)

💭 A swarm is a formation of many birds flying as one. They move together in perfect coordination, gaining incredible strength through unity. As a group, they can cover hundreds of kilometers, almost like a single organism, following its own rules, rhythm and instincts. It is a beautiful metaphor for connection, movement and collective energy just like in music and at those events where different elements come together to create something greater than the sum of their parts.

🎵 Zhart & Tonda did a remix for Schwarm. It’s a track with a lot of organic sounds, especially percussions. They glued a panned lead together and the whole vibe becomes a bit trippy. The groove flows naturally, drawing you deeper into its hypnotic rhythm. Always that signature Schwarm feeling and still a joy to listen to.

Es ist Donnerstag Abend und die mystische Insel füllt sich mit den ersten Tanzmäusen die voller Vorfreude und mit frischer Energie ins Festival starten. 
Die letzten Sonnenstrahlen scheinen über den geliebten Creatures Corner. Ich hüpfe noch einmal vorfreudig aufgeregt in den See und beschmunzle dabei das jetzt schon lustvolle Treiben auf dem Floor. Mein Ziel: Den Tanzmäusen gleich eine bunte Tüte an Lieblingstracks servieren, die einen in den Festivalmodus ziehen. Und all das auf dem Floor, auf dem ich in den letzten Jahren als Tänzer schon so viel erleben durfte... Dort Lieblingslieder zu spielen die mich in leichtfüßig spaßigen Flow bringen und dann auch noch eigen produzierte Sounds mit euch zu teilen und sie gemeinsam genußvoll zu betanzen, hat mir so viel Energie gegeben und mein Herz erfüllt. Nur schön zu sehen, wie ein voller Floor beseelt schwebt, kraftvoll tanzt, zufrieden grinst und mit mir hüpft. Dickes fettes Dankeschön an alle die solch besondere Momente möglich machen ❤️


It's Thursday evening and the mystical island is filling up with the first dance enthusiasts who are full of excitement and fresh energy as they kick off the festival. 
The last rays of sunshine shine down on the beloved Creatures Corner. I jump into the lake once more, filled with excitement and anticipation of the lively atmosphere on the dance floor. My goal: to serve the dancers a colorful mix of my favorite tracks that will draw them into a joyful festival mode. And all this on the dance floor where I've had so many experiences as a dancer over the last  years... Playing my favorite songs there, which put me in a light-footed and fun flow, and then sharing my own produced sounds with you and dancing to them together with so much joy has filled my heart. It's wonderful to see all of you floating with joy, dancing energetically, smiling satisfied, and jumping with me. A huge thank you to everyone who makes such special moments possible ❤️
