This set marks a special moment in my path as a DJ, as almost all of the artists in this tracklist are label mates, people I have worked/collaborated with, or artists who have helped shaped my sound and sonic vision.  I have come a long way from reading vinyl record etchings and wondering who were the alchemists behind these alien sounds...  this mix fits together many different pieces behind my sound and shows how they are connected.

Fractalizers spirlizers deep thinkers creators and imaginators. Mysterious hidden digital realms where man machine and souls unite. That point where the ancient tribal spirit and the futuristic technology becomes one and it all makes sense:
This is Arcon, a collaboration between Frank’e Madsen (KOXBOX) and Nir Shoshani (HUJABOY).

Both artist have a long history in the Psytrance world releasing albums on Top labels and performing live and DJ sets on the biggest festivals and events.
The sounds of Arcon is a multi layered hypnotic Psytrance with relentless energy that never ceases to surprise the listener.

I'm particularly proud of the Psychedelic/Progressive Rock breakdown of this track. I used some sampled loops and then added a Minimoog and additional synth fx.
Most of the sounds used in this track came from vintage analogue synths and effect units. Hence, the title, "Retroactive".
