BIO:

Born in Barcelona, grown in the underground music scene. Jou Nielsen started Djing on vinyls at the age of 16 and soon participated in some Clubs & Open Air events. 

On the last years, he has been focusing on the technical side of Music Production through his Sound Engineering Degree and just launched his own Mixing & Mastering Studio Academy 
 TheLab28studio 

Jou has played in venues such as: Elrow Bar, Upload, M7, Buena Onda Social Club, Kauai Beach Club… as well as some UK venues like The Bongo Club Edinburgh, among others. Currently he plays at Bloc District as Resident DJ.



His music has been defined to be groovy, melodic while emotional and also with an uplifting touch. Pairing nicely with other Progressive and Melodic House & Techno tunes through his DJ Sets.

Bio:

Originally from the UK, Steve grew up to the sounds of 80's electronic bands and then the hard sounds of early rave, and the euphoric sounds of trance in the 1990's. These are sounds he still loves and they permeate through on the tracks he selects and listens to today.

Steve now lives in Canada and is one half of Ottawa Prog Vibes. Together they work on bringing the absolute best of Progressive House sounds to the Ottawa area through their Expeditions shows held in the city's premier night club.
