This was a challenging exercise.  I honestly thought I was going to hate this mix more than I did.  When I listened back to it I was actually surprised at how well some of the transitions worked out on the fly which seems to be the point of this exercise.  I did have some messy transitions for sure.  I found it particular challenging in the middle when I had about 4 hip hop songs in a row.  They were tough to mix.  For my process I just picked some songs pretty fast.  I picked a few 1's, a few 2's etc.  Tried to keep the arc of the score in tact.  It was definitely harder to pull off the score with such a fast pace for me.  I noticed the stress on constantly trying to match tempos and having to adjust the beat grids on the fly.  I tried to mix 45 songs in 45 minutes but started to run out of the time.  I can see the point of this exercise though.  It helps think quick on your feet.  I did pretty much no planning and ran with it.  However I don't love this mix.  lol.
