So you've just dropped 'Never Too Much' at the request of that pesky group of well meaning keen beens at the front of the dancefloor. Here are a plethora of tracks that you can follow it with. 'Love You Too Much' is basically an ode to the aforementioned classic, with it's silky Vandross-eque vocals courtesy of XXX. Production-wise Ziggy Phunk has absolute nailed that classic 80s sound, more so than any producer we've heard recently. Away from the smoocher we get 'Alone Without You' which is more like a Fatback Band anthem, looped up percussion, big synth stabs, slap bass, digital horns and a sweet jittered female vocal to boot. All perfect for the Connoisseurs Corner at the Southport Weekender. rating: 9/10
