Dj owam, whose real name is Phikolomzi Zikhali is a South African Musical artist, songwriter, Amapiano Producer, YouTuber and Entrepreneur. Early Life. He was born on 16 November, 2000 in Port Saint Johns, South Africa. He grew up in Bizana ludeke halt where he was raised by his parents. He attended Emdeni j.s.s school for his primary level and Marelane Secondary School for his secondary level. Music Career. Dj owam started his career at the age of 18 in Bizana, South Africa as a music producer online. He later started releasing his originals on major streaming platforms. He first released "Surrender(Gqom Remake" on Spotify in 2020 and then after a few months he released his music on many others international platforms like Deezer, Apple Music, Itunes, Amazon Music, Boomplay, JioSaavan, Tiktok, Facebook & Instagram. Dj owam is best known for his singles "Kwezontaba", "oh my god(Gqom Rimix)", "Umthandazo Womzali" and "" on Spotify and other music streaming platforms. In November, 2020 Dj owam teamed up with Sanely on a House/Techno track "Kwezontaba". After building a strong presence in the music industry, he created a YouTube channel which he uses for music and also to teach, provide tips, guide and help fellow producers & artist to fit in the world of Music.
