Whilst he's been busy writing and releasing new music over the past year German nu-disco star Tim Bernhardt, aka Satin Jackets, also found time to dig into the vaults to resurrect and remaster an early release, Girl Forever. Originally released back in 2011 this truly is vintage Satin Jackets, synth pads that sway like palm trees in a summer sea breeze, a haunting vocal sample, melodies as cool as a dip in any pool, and a disco beat to take you through the night, all now sounding better than ever.

Lovebirds ft. Stee Downes - Soulbrothers
The magnificent duo is back with a super soulful 3 tracker (plus a remix by SIRS). 

"Freedom" is a smooth 80s boogie soul jam with lots of live instrumentation and beautiful female backing vocals. "Big Mistake" is a midtempo summer groove with a herbie-esque synth bass that will get the ladies groovin or alternatively fit perfectly in your evening cruise in your convertible!
Talking about cruising - "Prove" is stepping even more on the brake - a classic soul ballad which showcases these two´s deep love for epic soul music.
The whole package gets rounded up by SIRS funky mix of "Freedom" which is packed with juicy synth basslines and stabs - tight!

I wrote Lac on a winter morning last year. I sat at the piano, played some chords, opened the mic and mumbled a few words that reminded me of my hometown Annecy.
