Sangoma Records proudly presents “The Seed”, an anniversary special to celebrate our 100th release assembled by label heads Emiel and Daksinamurti. It features an all-star lineup from the label roster and friends to showcase the current state of the art. For this release, we collaborated with the fantastic Joe Vaux. It is a true honor for us to have Joe, a humble painter, and a director on the legendary Family Guy tv series, whose art is also used as the work of a character named Goliath on Syfy channel's Resident Alien. This 17-track release can show a glimpse of our repertoire and we assure you it will keep you moving and grooving in the quintessential sangomesque fashion. The texts said that they were known as the Nephilim, and had colonized Earth over 400,000 years ago. The alien leaders do not like this interbreeding and choose to not warn humankind about they impending doom on Nibiru in 13000 BC that will cause the great flood here on Earth. However, one of the Annunaki takes it upon himself to inform Noah of the impending doom so that he can help avoid the races extinction. From there, the Annunaki promise to return in time but leave humans alone to rule the planet.

João Varela started his producing days in 2003, but it wasn't until 2007 that things got serious. At the time he worked alongside his brother, known as Ignition. Releasing music with various publishers including internationally known publishers.

In 2012 alongside Marco Pinto aka Brainwash, they launched a 'progressive psychedelic' project called Databender. Using 'old school' influences but also a mixture of new exciting sounds. 

Currently Zinx belongs to Global Army a Mexican publisher and with this he is also the Global Army Representative in Portugal. He also shares a project with label manager Alfonso aka Brain Hunters, called Star Alliance. 

With various gigs and tours all over the world, bringing with him infectious melodies and addictive beats it's impossible not to move your mind as well as your feet!
