Hm ... somehow it does not get a flow for me ... where's the James Brown Funk that get's my foot tapping . The patches are excellent, the mix as well ... but...hm.

the solo patch hae been nicely crafted ... though these type of solos are not my cup of tea.

That thing smooth jazz you do is certainly pro level. Tops.

I love the sound palette and the interesting melodic figures, but I feel like there could be more of a push/pull thing happening, as would be with a group of players (if that makes sense).  Also the drums seem a little low to me in the big sections so they don't drive the track as much as they might.  I'm being kind of nit-picky though because your standard is so high!

thank you for the advices. i agree on everything. drums sounds were made in half an hour(sorry but i don't like at all create sounds, so if i don't already have the patches i made them quickly). maybe a lack in mids/high too, made track a little dull. or...yes, some compositional shortcomings
