This is an older track that I forgot but while doing some kind of spring cleaning….so to speak in my external hard drives, came across this one. I asked Arkestar if he would consider adding his awesome vocals to it and he said yes. Very happy about that as I really love his voice and his work.
Anyway, this is about moving on in life, letting the past, your old life behind, moving towards something new, something better. I thought this was the perfect time to post this track, as in today’s uncertainty, not really knowing what’s going on, I’d rather choose optimism as anything is possible. i picked up my mandolin which is a very happy instrument and tried to see if it could cry....
my daughter heard it and said "so sad" hence the title and here is what my mandolin crying sounds like
