Ingredients:

1 portion Trap beats, slightly chilled
1 portion Ragga swing, organic & free-range
1 portion Reggae skank, well dread

Mix generously in a bowl and cook on a dubby fire for 3:15

Season with some scratching and cutz to taste - serve and enjoy!!
