He founded Haystack as a way to improve hiring for his own businesses and to create the best possible candidate experience, while leveraging automation for scalability. Haystack’s mission is to cultivate excellent first impressions leading to long term, mutually beneficial employment relationships. Frank lives in San Antonio with his wife and two dogs.

🎭 Scott graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with degrees in History and Theater. Before joining the Haystack team Scott held a wide variety of jobs: teacher, bartender, property manager, painter, writer, consultant, and filmmaker. His broad experience helps him advocate for a better candidate experience on Haystack's platform. Scott currently lives in Los Angeles with his dog, Moose.
