After a hiatus of over 30 year ZKB aka Zyklon B is back.
Biography
The band Zyklon-B (ZKB) is back. The name is in the shock value punk tradition, e.g. the Dead Kennedys.The band often billed themselves as ZKB. Zyklon-B is composed of predominately Jewish band members. They do a great song called "Warsaw Ghetto" about the Jewish uprising against the Nazis during WW2. ZKB played clubs like the Grandia Room, Cathy De Grand, Club-88, and the anti-club. The band split up after losing its second drummer to another band in 1983. Unfortunately at that time a critic from Music Connection magazine had just started to take an interest and befriend the band to do a write up. Front-man Douglas Feldman and bassist Jeff Pott went on to form another band called "Mulch" (now defunct). Steve Tarnoff joined a band called Nuantak (now defunct) and then formed his own band Home Planet later renamed Oyster Club.
