As the title implies the premise of the track is in a blizzard, in the beginning, snow starts to fall elegantly layering the landscape, but as the blizzard pick up it becomes more intense as flurries of snow submerge the landscape and everything in it. As the storm calms the snow settles and the landscape returns to its quiet, peaceful beginning.
