Dans ses mémoires consacrées à la Révolution française, le baron Paul-Charles Thiébault disait de la capitale qu’elle était un « sol volcanique dont les torrents de feu s’échappaient à la moindre secousse. » Or, une des expressions de ces torrents de feu est la fameuse journée révolutionnaire. Nous connaissons tous ce moment si particulier de la prise de la Bastille qui fu dans les faits une reddition… Il n’empêche, la prise de la Bastille est devenue un symbole dès les premiers jours mais est-elle pour autant l’archétype de la journée révolutionnaire ? D’ailleurs, combien existe-t-il de journées révolutionnaires et comment naissent ces moments si particuliers de cette période? Qui en sont les meneurs et qui en sont les organisateurs ? Comment les autorités, les élus, le pouvoir réagissent-ils ? Quels sont enfin les conséquences de ces journées ? Christophe Dickès reçoit Antoine Boulant. 

L'invité: Docteur en histoire, Antoine Boulant est l’auteur de nombreux travaux relatifs à l’histoire politique, institutionnelle et militaire du XVIIIe siècle, de la Révolution et du Premier Empire. Il a notamment publié une biographie de Saint-Just. L’archange de la Révolution, saluée par la critique, et La Journée révolutionnaire. hello everyone,

in 1971, flower travellin' band released their epic album "satori". i found a reuters' news report from the same year and fed it through the excellent text-to-speech function built into microsoft edge, and then slowly added grit using audiothing's wires. i don't own a bass guitar, so i laid down the bass line with my gibson guitar and pitched shifted the recording down an octave. drums are native to ableton (64 pad rock kit). i also added some spitfire strings, four layers of live guitar, and one or two granular things. enjoy!!
