This came about today from ear training to percussion of the soundtrack of the video game Hitman: Codename 47 composed by Jesper Kyd. I don't consider the mixing to be complete - that's a ongoing journey for me.

Deep Pulse

This is a older track from last year which I'm considering now with more percusive knowledge changing the rhythm of. I'll be sure to update this file when I feel the changes are complete. The aim of this piece was to mimic the gears and mechanics of a clock, such as springs and ticking, henceforth the name Winding Recoils - coils are wound, so tight that they begin to sound like music. That's more or less the gist of this track.

Another Hitman inspired track I quickly put together - not sure if entirely finished yet, but generally I went for a rather dissonant dark amibient with layered percursive characteristics.

Prowl

Another Hitman inspired track filled with booming percussion and dissonant harmonies.

Target Acquired

At this time of night I've no idea what to describe of this track, i use a lot of toned percussion both as additional melody and as part of the overall composition's sense of rhythm.

Wonderous Forrest

First attempt at a lo-fi track I started working on last night. A careful blend of harmonies and bright tones with delay on percussion.

Second attempt at putting together a lo-fi track - really pushing my brain further past its comfort regarding equalising and mixing.

I've made the embarrassing mistake of releasing my previous uploads as MP3 - so now I'm uploading in Wav like a normal person... Anyway, latest piece of music that I started working on since yesterday which I've come to call: 'The Aftermath' enjoy!

My concept for Jaded was this idea of having vicious bursts of aggressive energy gradually getting overwhelmed by lighter melodic sounds and sensations.

Been learning music production and composition on & off for over a year or so, I experiment with various genres of music including electronic, pieces with ambience, orchestral and much more. This year I've been reading various music theory literature, so I further expand my lack of musical knowledge and further my creative endeavours.
