We are super excited to get back into the flow of releasing quality bass music, and what a way to jump back into the swing of things with this ferocious package of synthetic fire. It’s safe to say that CLB has scored an absolute winner here, as his brand new single ‘Badman’ is set to reign fire down upon ravers nationwide.

The track is designed with an airy introduction, pulling together soft synthesised atmospheric waves and a slowly amplifying break, before we descend into carnage come the breakdown. This is exactly what the scene is crying out for as layers of subtlety distorted high end bass tones maraude freely amongst the pockets devised from the punchy drum section. It’s rave dynamite at the highest grade and we are ecstatic to have it unveiled.
At 3000 Bass, the thing we care most about and pride ourselves on is supplying the scene with original, dance floor ready bass music and CLB has certainly not disappointed.

We are looking to keep up this rich quality of releases over the next year through the label arm of our network, 3000 Digital as we bring you guys another 12 months of forward thinking bass music.

The first of these label releases comes to us courtesy of Birmingham based Bassline badman JGE, who has recently put together heavyweight features for top draw projects such as Deeprot, Gassed & Project Allout and has received support from the likes of DJ Q, Holy Goof, Mr Virgo, Jay Faded, Cajama and many more.

He presents to us the mighty ‘Nobody Else’ and this track a perfect example of his signature style. Throughout a powerful intro we are introducing to sweeping synthetic structures, combining and fusing pushing the composition forward. Once we hit the breakdown however, all hell breaks loose as a cascade of sharp and expansive bass designs lunge forth amidst strong vocal lines and punchy drums to boot.

On the flip side for this one we have been gifted another bowl of treats as we take in the slightly more stripped back introduction of ‘Spiralling’. This one also packs an undercover punch however as we transition from the shimmering chord structures into the devious and dirty LFO patterns that emerge come the drop. Laser-like tones decimate the dance as we are swung left, right and centre by an extremely energetic creation.

We are absolutely thrilled to have JGE joining our release roster and we couldn’t be more excited for what this young prodigy bringing forward in the future.

Excited to show you the new style of music I have been experimenting with.

Today we are here to look at two outfits that have kept a solid affiliate with the drum heavy genre over the years, the first of which is Nottingham based legendary imprint: Tumble Audio. Over the years we have seen the label continuously push funky-style beats and rhythms alongside bassline and grime releases, which has lead to them boasting one of the most versatile catalogues of any of the higher rated UK bass labels.

For this most recent excursion, we see them employ the colourful sounds of Ali McK and IYZ, a duo who have been synonymous with funky since before the genre’s widespread reemergence. Their sound is known to pack a punch, constantly rotating a variety of percussive lead lines and crunching bass patterns, always giving their tracks a unique yet extremely accessible set of rhythms.

We are thrilled to be given the honour of premiering the legendary Killjoy here with his official remix of ‘Driver’, which is a perfect showcase of Killjoy’s unique funky and bassline fusion, stuffed with cheeky grooves and catchy leads.

We introduced @NuBassofficial via our @NightBassRecords Freshmen Vol 1 and now we’re thrilled to debut his “Fuego” EP, a hearty 4-tracker that’s sure to bring on the heat. The driving, dark 4x4 bassline on his title track “Fuego” sets the tone for one bass-heavy EP. His collaboration with @HotGoodsUK on the next track “Dead Prez” offers some inspiring subliminal vocals and his 3rd track featuring @PVCukmusic brings an up-tempo garage-tinged beat. Feel It Deep

It's a seriously exciting time to be in and around The 3000 Network at the moment, with multiple platforms all surging forward with a tremendous amount of energy and catalogue weight. Ahead of the release of the first volume of the highly anticipated ‘Digitalization’ compilation series that we have been tirelessly working on over the last few months, we are very excited to present to you the first single from that project.
 
Enter: Nekst, a producer who has been very active within the bass scene for quite some time now, honing his uniquely gritty sound into something truly spectacular, making him a perfect candidate for the compilation.
 
His new single entitled ‘Flaming Dragon’ personifies his unique production timbre perfectly, as we are introduced to an ethereal introduction, followed but a number of scatty bass patterns all baring a sharpened punch. These attack the track alongside hard hitting drum designs and subtle vocal additions, bringing together a truly monstrous project.
