Where We Come From is the debut album from Jamaican superstar Popcaan. Executive produced by Dre Skull and featuring productions from Dre Skull, Dubbel Dutch, Jamie Roberts, Anju Blaxx and Adde Instrumentals, Popcaan's first full length offering sees his signature melodies and uplifting tones on thirteen original tracks. As musicologist Wayne Marshall writes,

First of all i want to thank GOD himself for blessing me with life itself and for blessing me with family, friends, associates, and fans because without him i wouldn't get to show the love and passion for the music. This Album contains dope remixes along with many original tracks which all gives you a understanding of TizZi, and each track has its own feel from the top to the bottom. This is only part one though, yes it will have more than 16 songs but we divided it into two which should be interesting! Hope you guys enjoy my journey and listen to the sound I created for the US Virgin Islands, where we all are hungry to get out the hood and make it out of poverty.
