Coming out of the afterspell of the Witchhouse movement (coined by Pictureplane's Travis Egedy), Zombelle's visionary creation rode the seapunk wave well into 2014, leaving an indelible mark before crashing down, never to be heard from again. Despite its ephemeral existence, the album's impact reverberated across both the United States and Canada, with a singular tour on American soil and live performances in the Great White North.
