I just found this mix awhile ago, its from a 1997 mix CD from the New Breed record label out of NY. They were at the front of the Acid Jazz movement in the late 90's & early 2000. With there vinyl releases which had 5-6 jazzy tracks on them all downtemp or mid tempo hot  joints!! Dj's like dj smash,mark farina, Gmost, jesse de la pena and myself supported this label in there mixes & performances.
  If you like downtempo Acid jazz (Mushroom Jazz style) this is a mix from the the label that started it all. The cd cover never said who made the mix but i think its dj Smash. This is some real O.G ish right here. Check my SC page as i have uploaded Vol.2 mix also. Please enjoy.

Fat Jazzy Grooves mix - New breed - Acid jazz *1997*

So i found another mix with all the fat jazzy groove songs on it, this one i know DJ Smash mixed. Big ups to everyone who downloaded the first mix, makes me feel good people still dig this music. It was so ahead of its time. For some reason this mix is really short? I have no reason why but thats how they released it. I didnt edit it, just so you know. I thought i would post it anyway!!
