Okay so now it is the turn of the infamous Brighton technological warlocks - Ed Solo and JFB. Ed Solo absolutely SMACKS it with the A side, 'Egyptian Horns'. Ridiculous bass lines and mass crowd pleasing hysteria aside, there is, however a serious message behind this track. Ed had a terrifying encounter on his was back from the bathroom to his bedroom last month, he was abducted by aliens, they beamed him up and made him watch hours of subliminally enhanced footage on ancient Egypt, proving a direct link between alien and Egyptian civilisations. Since this astrological encounter Ed hasn't been able to stop communicating to anyone he meets about the importance of ancient Egyptian culture and civilisation. Through many hours of coaxing JFB was finally able to persuade him that music really is the best way. JFB rips up the B Side 'Duck Jam' inspired by not such a terrifying experience and in his own words: 'I got my inspiration from watching 10,000 rubber ducks jumping out of a lake being vibrated by a million underwater sub woofers'. Quite. Well anyone that knows JFB will know about his penchant for rubber ducks, in fact, all things rubber as it goes............. Rubber body suits aside, Duck Jam's hefty bass weight has been tearing up JFB's sets for some time and now it's your turn......................

Tracks from Call Super, Throwing Snow and Second Storey occupy those hard-to-define – yet often most exciting – spaces in between, gluing together the selection along with contributions from House of Black Lanterns, Soft as Snow and _Unsubscribe_.

Kromestar is back with his 2nd solo album “Colourful Vibrations”. After enjoying his debut album “My Sound” so much, I was more than excited to hear what Kromestar had been moulding for the follow up. 
It’s been over 2 years from “My Sound” and it was such a joy to have another slice of quality running through my ears on content repeat once again.

The sounds Kromestar has created for the album is not dissimilar to the type of atmosphere he executed so well for “My Sound”. Loads of pads and swirls, rich basslines, flutes and well thought out samples to match.  
It does sound a lot more polished though and the production has come a long way since the debut. 

He is an absolute master of his mix down’s, each sound on the frequency spectrum has space to breath and enter your ear with ease.
Every track well rounded, offering crisp, clean production through out. 

“Colourful Vibrations” has a variety of moods within, but the main focus is Kromestar’s genius ability to create ambient, soulful Dubstep.
There are a few more banging tunes on the album as you would expect from Kromestar, but no pointless wobble what so ever!

Overall a stunning album that will go down in Kromestar history!
