googology, put simply, is the study of very large numbers. the term is derived from the googol, defined as 10 to the power of 100, also written as 10^100, or 1 with 100 zeroes after it. a grangol, short for "grand googol", is far larger however. it is defined as 10 to the power of 10 a hundred times over, followed by a power of a hundred.

i started this track in 2021 and only got to about 30 seconds in before stopping and never touching it again, until now
i gave it some better melodies and chords and finished it.
also might have used a motif who knows

Untitled Boss 3 (2021 - 2024)

To keep it simple, Twilight Reverie is going on an indefinite hiatus.

I'm not too proud of the project in it's current state, and considering Metempsychosis was the big song this whole project was building up to, I'm not really sure where to go from here. A lot of the ideas I had for Chapters 4+ were pretty generic in my mind, so if the project were to continue past Chapter 3 it would undergo pretty heavy rewrites.

I've also been having a lot of ideas that I'm a lot more proud of, but these would be for an entirely different take. Managing several takes is not really something I want to do, so I'm going to focus on this new take I'm more proud of, for the time being at least. Keep an eye out for that at some point soon.

This doesn't mean the project is fully cancelled though. We might still come back to it here and there, but for now, don't expect too much off this account.

However, I'll answer any questions anyone has about the take, including Chapter 3-7. The responses will probably be on my main account, @danimodder. I'm willing to answer whatever, since if the take returns it's going to be significantly rewritten.
