ʻOumuamua /ˌoʊmuˈɑːmuə/ — n. \ Interstellar object first detected traversing the Solar System; characterised by its highly elongated shape, anomalous non-gravitational acceleration, and absence of a visible coma.
Designated 1I/2017 U1, it exhibited physical and dynamical properties w/out precedent among known asteroids or comets, leading to speculation regarding its origin and the mechanisms driving its motion.
ʻOumuamua, from Hawaiian ~ “scout” / “messenger sent ahead,” derived from ʻou (“to reach for, to reach out”) and mua (“first, in advance”).
Orb. char.: perihelion ≈ 0.255 AU; eccentricity ≈ 1.20; hyperbolic excess velocity ≈ 26 km s⁻¹.

Born from a year of experimentation and reflection, Yasei's debut album on Optic Portal emerged in an off-grid studio in the Spanish mountains near the sea, where living in harmony with nature shaped both process and sound. Tested on the dancefloor yet conceived in solitude, "Hanakaze" merges organic atmospheres with shifting rhythmic architectures into immersive, genre-fluid techno with echoes of drum & bass and ambient. It’s a sonic statement that captures both intensity and emotion, a reflection of Yasei’s evolving sound identity.

The final podcast episode of 2025 is a 60-minute studio recorded mix by Content Corrupted & spellsphere, rich in dreamscapes and tactile textures, exploring hushed spaces and inner terrains.

Content Corrupted aka Nthr1 aka Dj Smithee crafts ambient works of drones, shadowed textures, and experimental soundscapes. The focus is on space, depth, and the subtle weight of darkness.

spellsphere arose from the intention to carve out spaces of deep listening and inner silence. Here, sound becomes a vessel, a catalyst for presence, a current of magic. An ambient alias of Qi, it carries whispers of both stillness and becoming, inviting the listener into spheres of presence, reflection, and remembrance.
