Mac Miller - Yeah (AG Reboot)

Meditation is a chill downtempo experience blending bass music and live instrumentation. This one is featuring the calming and beautiful violin skills from Josh Teed. Josh adds a whole layer of soothing violin helps nurture the soul. Combined with Rollie's guitar playing at the end to create a truly mediative experience. Huge shoutout to Josh for hopping on this one and bringing it all together with that violin!

The journey continues this year.  Initially I wasn't going to go to Shambhala this year even though I was the last of my friends to believe that.

Feeling wanted and included has always been a trauma I have faced and still struggle with.  This year however, that feeling, while still present has diminished quite a lot.  This set is an example of this.   My friend Rosso instantly slotting me in last minute for a slot at the Rabbit Hole when I decided to come because he knew I was going to come the whole time.  Thank you.

You are loved and you are wanted.  We can always grow but right now you are perfect.
