Each track literally has only one sound source: A movie trailer. All sounds (Kick, Hats, Snares, Bass, Synth, Vocal) were created by editing the sounds that the trailer provided. Track/Movie list:

official release description:
The two Berlin and China based producers Fapiao and Stranger in the Night teamed up for their first collaboration EP and spent five Saturday afternoons with cakes, coffee and mates in a Kreuzberg bedroom studio. Since they didn't know where to start at first (the cakes were too good), they decided to grab some vocals from a couple of their movie all-time faves to use as a base. And a base it became!
Instead of just using the vocals, they made every single sound in these tracks from movie trailers found on youtube - pads, chords, noise, hi-hats, claps, kicks, bass - you name it. Ah yes, and the vocals (sic!) too. The musical and sound outcome of which surprised the both of them. 
Further even, by ignoring all accepted laws of producing music they were using 192kbit youtube 'quality' material as the audio source for each track only. 
Dear listener: Be the judge. Does one need high quality source material to create well sounding music? Or, great tracks, for that matter?

A very un-Berlinesk track with PASM floating Gamelan HHs and a kick that sounds more natural than it should - according to the local industrial school of thought that is. It rocks in spite and nicely irritates dancers when the bass releases its very own magic monsters...
