Alex Dallas is a dedicated DJ, clubmaker, labelmaker and producer. He runs club Zukunft, the Pop-Up Club Roland, the label Drumpoet and is responsible for countless outstanding Zurich Clubnights since the we know clubbing in Zurich. Deetron is another Swiss Techno legend that focuses on warm techno with the soul of Detroit.

Momery forms an experience between the relationship of memory and music. An attempt to concept images with ideas, emotions and sensations, externalising them to reality. 

Formed in 2022, Momery consists of Charis & George. Hailing from Thessaloniki this production duo has an interesting background, with solo projects and releases as Symmetric ( George) and One half of Future of Matter (Charis) being supported from the major acts around the melodic techno scene.  Through mutual inspiration and shared vision they have decided to enter the studio creating something new and Momery was born . 

The start could not have been better as their first track “Ophelia” has been selected from Mind Against to be part of their  new imprint HABITAT.Furthermore they released in Eleatics , New tab. Their sound is a mixture of colours and strong emotions. 

Their debut took place at reworks festival in 2022. Since then they have played alongside artists such as Tale of Us, Innellea, Kevin de Vries, Ka:ast, Adriatique delivering deep and powerful sets, melancholic and euphoric on equal balance. As for the future it looks euphoric and bright on what Momery are capable of.

"With his newest LP „Exxodus“, Zurich’s Manuel Fischer returns to his home base Ozelot, presenting ten meticulously crafted tracks that refrain from ever only being one thing or the other. Sitting comfortably between genres like IDM, Dubstep, or Electro, Exxodus is a representation of Fischer’s current musical interests and a story of artistic progress. A story which, at its core, has always been about exploring new frontiers and finding new means of expression. It only makes sense for Fischer to release „Exxodus“ with Ozelot, the discipline-bending collective he co-founded in 2017: what started as a record label soon developed to become a creative studio working in a broad range of artistic disciplines. In line with this approach, the project presents itself in different ways, embracing all its transcendent potential: next to its physical manifestation as a transparent double vinyl, designed by Skala Design,Jahn Koutrios and Guillermo Lucena, it’s the foundation for Fischer’s new live AV show, for which Ozelot will conceptualize and create and execute the visuals. Coming to a town near you in Summer 2024. For the digital space, the studio imagined an experimental and playful way to access the music, using the album as malleable base material in an immersive website. A familiar approach we’ve already seen for Ozelot’s latest release, the Skyline EP by Radiofear, and which is now established as an essential element of every new project, taking the convergence of the virtual and physical realm seriously. 
„Exxodus“ succeeds in being many things at once. Mainly, it’s a musically confident body of work and an adequate follow-up to Fischer’s first long player „Roadkill Grill in Novosibirsk“ from 2019. 
Many of the elements he favors as a producer are in place: the Electro-informed groove on “Imperil”, a warped sample on “Rusty Chair” (is that a dog barking?), and shuffling granulated breaks everywhere you turn, like in “Rehbinder Effect” or “Parallel But Never Crossed”. Additionally, the scope of the project allows for it to be read as an act of collectivity, in which a group of creaAves comes together to discover new artistic possibilities. Written by Fischer, in his hometown Zurich and further South in Switzerland in the secluded Ticino region, he consequently extends an invitation to others to get involved.

Tal Fussman is an outstanding young artist worth keeping an eye on. His productions are at the forefront of innovation, breathing new life into the electronic dance scene. In his Focus EP for Drumpoet, Tal showcases his versatility across a diverse spectrum. The track "It's Alright" serves as a futuristic house anthem, while the title track "Focus" champions the break-beat influenced side of the spectrum. The EP reaches its peak with the tribal and dance-floor-driven tracks "Don't Want To" and "Into the Chamber," ultimately delving into the emotive and experimental soundscapes of "Goal" and "Will Fade“.

To sum it up, we are super excited here at the Drumpoet HQ to present you this unique and truly essentiell release, as Tal delivered what we are looking for, truly honest dance-music with a twist of futurism!"
