Nile Sun a.k.a. Young Hysan is a Hong Kong local rap artist that specifies in melodic rap songs. in short words i fucking love his songs so much and have been a big fan since the end of 2021.
the song Far Away, despite being more pessimistic compared to his other songs which mostly discusses about drugs or prostitution or poverty, this song uses a rather fast hip hop beat with deep pads, to pour out his desperate want to grab his love and run far away, away from the hustle and bustle. this is rather relatable, or even emphatic, to myself as i always have similar thoughts to my life aspirations. which, leads to my great impulse of remixing this god blessed track in one of my days.
recently, Nile released a new indie track called 'rockstar', mainly discussing about his stagnated career during his 3 years of signing to warners bros hong kong. that song slaps so hard in my ears that i was continuously looping it in the past month. and yes, give it a listen. i beg.
