The first time that I played in public! So grateful and happy for these beautiful moments.

At some point, I spilled some water on the controller and freaked out a little bit, but in the end, it was ok. I also played pause by mistake and played again 1 second later, so I guess people thought it was on purpose ;)

Pretty happy with the results and the mood. Looking forward to the next gig!

I'm really happy to share this set! Some mistakes still, but I think the vibe of these trance/house/deep techno are here.

I tried to play a new DJ set from scratch in order to use these Blitzbar opportunities to try some new stuff and explore a bit more of what I like and what I want to share.

Beautiful people and a beautiful location to celebrate the end of the summer and the beginning of the autumn. 
I'm still processing all the pumpkins that I ate there...

I'm still exploring different kinds of music that I want to mix. This time I chose to play funk house music. I discovered this subgenre of music recently and I fell in love with it.

A lot of mistakes of course in this DJ set, but I just wanna share it and hopefully, share the same emotions.

Zypher - Live Set At Blitzbar - 06.10.2023

Following on from my House set at Blitzbar, I decided to continue to explore the genre, this time incorporating more Tech House tracks. I love the joy, the energy, and the funky/groovy vibe that emanates from this live set!

As far as I'm concerned, it took me a while to get into the mood because I was a bit more stressed than usual. This superb venue, Bar 227, was offering me for the first time a real sound system with a real dancefloor! I imagine that put a bit of pressure on me at the time.

The good news is that I managed to stop thinking too much and become one with the music, allowing me to enjoy the moment to the fullest.
All in all, it was a great evening and I had lots of good feedback and encouragement. It gives me even more motivation to progress!

What a pleasure to share this b2b project! Henry Trip 001 was made possible thanks to Ananth who kindly welcomed me into the world of Electronica.

If I had to describe this set, I'd say it's like a long and calm river somewhere between the Middle East and Asia that takes us through different emotions. Emotions that are both soothing and evocative.

We hope you'll get as much of a sense of travel from this set as we do.

Sternbrücke (an old steel-reinforced bridge) is one of the most iconic and unique cultural districts in Hamburg. Due to the decisions regarding the redevelopment of the city, Hamburg’s underground culture has been in a major crisis.
Under the bridge, there were four nightclubs and two food stands. They all had to close and are now being demolished.

What began as a last-minute idea blossomed into an unforgettable Sunday morning experience. A spontaneous b2b2b set from Zypher, Apuna, and Malvadisco, born from a shared impulse to set the tone for the day with laid-back, soulful sounds.

We eased into the session with down-tempo and mid-tempo rhythms, a perfect soundtrack to gently wake the mind. As the morning light poured in, so did the energy—progressing naturally into indie dance techno rolling and uplifting house disco grooves. Track by track, the intensity rose, and the vibe became funky.

A truly beautiful moment, shared with beautiful people, in a paradisiacal setting that felt like a dream.

Hey everyone, Zypher here!
I’m excited to share this set with you. It represents a big step in my journey as an artist. After exploring many styles, I’ve finally found the direction I want to follow.
This raw/deep/hypnotic (r/d/h) techno combines deepness, ambiance, and spookiness with a hypnotic, charming, and repetitive melody. It captures the feeling of “finding light in the darkness.”
Just before my first trip to Berghain, I was reflecting on my past mixes, covering everything from Tech House to Hardgroove, Trance, Midtempo, and Electronica, trying to pinpoint what really resonated with me. After an intense night, hearing JakoJako’s (@jakojako_live) hypnotic set made everything click. Her style of mixing combines all the criteria that I describe to you before. Since then, I’ve been finding so much joy in digging for r/d/h techno tracks. I love to mix at home dancing, smiling, and losing myself in that music.
I started this set with JakoJako’s "Afterglow" as a tribute to that night, and I closed with ANNĒ’s "Heal My Soul” (@annemusicofficial), a track that speaks to how much techno means to me and how it’s become such a positive force in my life.

P.S. Funny enough to mention it, before recording, I smoked a nice joint and wrote in my little notebook “Fais le pour toi. Je t’aime” which means “Do it for yourselves. I love you”. I don’t know what to do with this information, but I felt I had to share it haha.

Zypher | NT001 | RFMR Sunday Brunch Show #10 | 24.11.24

This is a recreated version of my set from Feinstaub Festival 2025, played on Friday night (23:00–01:00) at the S-Bahn Stage.

Due to some technical issues (a few WAV files refused to load 🙃), the live version turned into something more improvised than expected, I even pulled in a few tracks from another project.
This version was recorded afterward: a return to the original vision, reshaped with the goal of taking us on a hypnotic ride through a dark, disquieting jungle; one that somehow invited us all that night to dance, shout, and make the entire train bounce.✨

Endless thanks to everyone who shared that moment with me under the rails,
and of course to the Feinstaub crew (especially the ones who managed to bring the subwoofers back 😮‍💨).
Thanks for the trust and for welcoming me into this beautiful event 🫶

Zypher is a Hamburg-based DJ and co-founder of @radio-ephemere, blending raw, deep, and hypnotic techno with a strong percussive drive. His sets are immersive journeys, pulsing with intricate drum patterns, atmospheric textures, and a deep sense of freedom through sound.

Guided by the mantra “Finding the light in the darkness,” Zypher crafts sonic experiences that invite listeners to lose themselves in sound. His selections weave between hypnotic rhythms and haunting ambiences, embracing the tension between energy and introspection.
