Hello.  My tracks are all composed and performed live by me.  Improvisation has lost it's foothold in a lot of popular music, and I think it needs to be not only more present, but a focal point of musical creativity.  The genesis of all my tracks are created organically from free improvisation.  I then take a few ideas, usually two or three that I like, create a sort of form so that the piece flows somewhat logically, then record.  In a classical sense, these pieces would be considered "impromptus."  I prefer to give them names that reflect my inspiration for each piece.  Enjoy.
