This round was inspired by the 2000 year old yew trees at Kingley Vale near Chichester. Yew trees have large canopies that may have served as meeting places in the  Bronze Age. I imagined people gathering to chat, sing, tell stories and weave and this song was born.

A dreamer of the 89 generations from Maramures, passionate about music, sound recordings, and loudspeakers since his early age. He started his DJ career seriously in 2005 Baia Mare, under the name 'Pavlov', and is mostly recognized for his residency of 3 years at Gazette Club and the movement he has activated in Cluj ever since. His musical orientation is diverse and he performs with extra care for details aiming to be a versatile artist that is ready for almost any kind of musical moment.

The Free Field Recordings are a collection of 16Bit and 24Bit wav files from the Luftrum sound lab containing a broad range of various recordings from ocean waves to forest sounds, birds, gardenscapes, airport atmospheres, binaural recordings (listen with headphones for full effect!) and experiments with hydrophones, coil pickups and contact mics perfect as atmospheric background, sound effect, layered texture or otherwise.

Recorded using Sound Devices 702, DPA-4060, JrF contacts mics, hydrophones and coil pickups. Zoom H2 and Sony CS-10EM Binaural Microphones.

Zorch, 1973-1976, were England's first totally electronic band using 3 EMS analogue sythesizers. Reforming in 2000 they played some UK gigs and subsequently the 2006 Gong Unconvention at the Melkweg, Amsterdam.
