“BIONIX 2.0”
My latest, greatest and personally most favourite track created.
Using sounds similar and exact to “BIONIX 1.0”, I had remixed and reformed it into the sequel I desired and decided to make the drop at the beginning of this year. 
I am proud. I am really proud of myself… to think that one of my first songs I had posted on here is turning 6 on the 8th of February, I cannot believe the paths I’ve taken and the patience I had to endure to make progress along the lines of music which has led me to this very moment; the beginning of the new year, or as they say: “New year, new me.”

(Skip this next paragraph if you’re not a musical nerd)

The creation of this song hit me by surprise while I was on holiday with my beloved Elsjie and her family out on the borders of VIC, at which I had celebrated the new year. I knew that after I had submitted the initial song, I wanted to have fun with teasing a second song, but little did I know how much change I had put in with experimenting on additional things when I put it on hold, I revisited the song to see an extra 10BPM, 5 audio tracks and 4 MIDI tracks, panning of the remixed sounds, ascending pitch before the drop, a burst from 2 to 4 MIDI tracks and the conclusion of the first song as the introduction. I was pretty bedazzled to say the least and was motivated to continue and finish it after remembering how I teased the song, and I did so when we headed back home so I could concentrate… though it was a little difficult at first due to the viral sickness that had caught me by surprise.
As the new result, I had tweaked the first drop with a distorted ring, added the vocal riser as an accent along with the echoing snare, enhanced the main snare and kick, added an instant second drop of which included an eagle cry with robotic garble to announce the drop, then a switch-up of the EDM genre to a fast-paced psy-trance. The ascending pitch made a comeback in the drop before snapping back to the introduced arpeggio tune, with that leading to the official conclusion to the song where I had faded out each of the tracks except the lead and side-chained a “falling” 8-Bit trill. What I had achieved as a major skill in this project (‘which I know, I should’ve learned about earlier) is Pitch Bending, and you will be hearing more of that in future tracks. I discovered Pitch Bending a year ago and didn’t quite know how to make it sound right since it would distort the original sound… silly old me had now figured out that I have to set the pitch to 0 before tweaking it higher or lower ^_^’.
