Invitation to Participate in Electronic Music Exploration: Showcase Your Music on Experimental Story Podcast

The project "Experimental story "is designed as a platform for visual, musical and literary art integration with the purpose to create products, namely stories, which show themselves through the media of word, sound and picture. I give the visual and literary axis of the art piece, where local and foreign musicians, producers and Djs give the musical part. 
The advantage of this project is the visual dimension of musical expression which interprets it using techniques derived from the fields of fine arts and literature. The musical piece's content is thus presented in all its visual variety. The goal of the project is to collect varied and quality music with the intention to enrich creative area and connect different fields of art, interesting for experts and enthusiasts. 
The purpose of the project is to shed a light on the interpretative view of music and everything that connects to it. As the auditory perception may carry the main role, when it comes to music, one cannot neglect the visual effects experienced by the performance, feedback of the public, the outlook of the physical space in which the performance is taking place, by technical equipment and other material. At the same time, the focus lies in the visual and literary interpretation of a single musical piece, for we consider that one can tell a story in a spectrum of ways using different media.

Just a simple guy with a simple love for music

Žirija Glasbene redakcije Radia Študent je izmed prispelih prijav na natečaj Klubski maraton 2017 izbrala 6 glasbenih izvajalcev, ki se bodo v letošnjem letu udeležili najdaljše in najglasnejše klubske glasbene turneje po Sloveniji.

Letošnji maratonci, ki bodo to jesen stresali slovensko klubovje, so:

- 7AM (nomadska lo-fi rockerska trojka iz DIY garaže),
- BINE (mozirski slavček elektroakustike in terenskih posnetkov),
- LYNCH (osrednjeslovenski kitarski kočijaži s težko-kategorno sleš pop senzibiliteto),
- NESESARI KAKALULU (z dušo in ritmom zamazani čarterski let na relaciji Nova Gorica - Lagos),
- SsmKOSK (na ostrih rezih osnovana brkljanka bežigrajskega poeta),
- STYRÖFOAM (moška figa in kitarski duo, neobremenjen z udobjem preprostih pesmi).

 

Turneja Klubski maraton 2017, ki bo trajala od sredine septembra do prvega petka v novembru, bo maratonce popeljala po klubovju širom Slovenije in jih na koncu strnila za skupni veliki finale v Ljubljani. Že pred začetkom turneje se bodo sveži maratonci preizkusili tudi z živim radijskim nastopom v studiu Radia Študent. Vsaka od zasedb pa bo v radijskem studiu posnela po dve skladbi za kompilacijsko zbirko Klubski maraton 2017, ki bo izšla v digitalni obliki in na CD-ju.
