Boltcore, born in the small country of Luxembourg and now living in Berlin is mostly
inspired by the core-energy of Hard Dance, Driving Techno, Trance and Makina. His sound
blends the raw intensity of these genres with the organic textures of conventional
instruments. He strives to create a distinct atmosphere, fusing punchy kicks and a bassline
bouncing back.

Key influences in shaping his artistic vision come from artists like Anetha and her
boundary-pushing label Mama told ya , as well as Adrián Mills and the high-octane energy
of his label 240KM/H . These influences drive him to create sound that combines hypnotic
atmosphere, and raw, sweat-drenched energy that ignites the floor.

Prenzlauer Berg is the neighborhood in my hometown of Berlin where I have my office—and where I even occasionally go on weekend evenings (being in my 50s, I don't go out nearly as much as I used to). I love leaving the office at the end of the workday, and the streets and cafés are full of people. In the hubbub, German is just one of many languages. A wide variety of food is offered on every corner. It's best to speak English with the waiter. Prenzlauer Berg is international, a melting pot—and at the same time, old Berlin. I love it. The fact that the rents are so absurdly high, however, really sucks.
