Ο Μόνιμος Κάτοικος (a.k.a. Άγρυπνος),κατά κόσμον Νίκος Λαζαρίδης, γεννήθηκε το 1988 στη Χαλκίδα και μεγάλωσε στη Θήβα 
όπου έκανε τα πρώτα του μουσικά βήματα βγάζοντας το πρώτο solo album το 2005 με τίτλο "Ο δικός μου τρόπος". 
Κατά τη διάρκεια των φοιτητικών του χρόνων μετακόμισε στην Αθήνα και συμμετείχε στην αυτοδιαχειριζόμενη πολιτική-μουσική
ομάδα της Hit & Rap. Από το 2008 μέχρι το 2012 κυκλοφόρησε τρία προσωπικά album, συγκεκριμένα το 2008 το "Καθημερινές ιστορίες", 2010 το 
"Οι περιπέτειες του μικρού Νικόλα" και το 2012 το "Μια φορά και έναν καιρό" όπου περιείχε και το πρώτο music video με τίτλο "Η φωνή".
Συμμετείχε σε πολλές συναυλίες και φεστιβάλ εκ των οποίων τα περισσότερα ήταν σε αυτοδιαχειριζόμενους χώρους και είχαν χαρακτήρα αλληλεγγύης.
Το 2013 ιδρύει τη 5th Season Records μαζί με τον DJ Rico κυκλοφορόντας τον διπλό δίσκο "Hansel & Gretel" και το τραγούδι "Το πρώτο τρένο".
Το 2016 κυκλοφορεί τον δίσκο "Οι περιπέτειες του μικρού Νικόλα 2-Αλκοόλ, Εμμονές, Δαίμονες" και μετά παύει να κάνει εμφανίσεις και να δίνει
υλικό για περίπου 4 χρόνια ώσπου το 2020 επιστρέφει με νέο ήχο και με τον δίσο "ΓΑΛΑ" που σηματοδοτεί την επιστροφή του στη μουσική βιομηχανία.

The “Classic Conversations” posted here are specially selected conversations between Joe and his guests over the years. In 1965 Joe Morgan was named the NL Rookie of the Year for the Houston Astros. He remained with the Astros through 1971, being named to the All Star team twice. He was traded to the Cincinnati Reds, and played in the 1972 World Series his first year. The Reds captured consecutive World Series titles in 1975 and 1976 while he earned two MVP awards.
